MockMate AI provides a digital service — AI-generated interview feedback reports. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. No Refunds After Report Delivery

Because our product is a digital service that is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once:

• The payment has been successfully verified, and
• The feedback report has been generated and made accessible to you.

This policy applies regardless of whether you read or used the report after it was delivered.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• Double charge: You were charged more than once for the same interview.
• Payment succeeded but report not delivered: Your payment was deducted but you were unable to access your report due to a technical error on our side.
• Unauthorised transaction: A payment was made without your authorisation (subject to investigation).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us within 48 hours of the transaction at:

Include the following in your email:

• Your registered email address.
• The date and approximate time of the payment.
• The Razorpay payment ID (visible in your email receipt or Razorpay dashboard).
• A brief description of the issue.

We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can resolve most issues faster through direct communication. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
