Got my first job off-campus with no referrals — what I did

No campus placement, no referrals, Tier-3 college. Here's what worked:

• Applied to 60+ companies on LinkedIn and company career pages
• Built 3 solid projects and put them on GitHub
• Customised my resume for each role
• Practised explaining my projects out loud until it was smooth

It took 3 months and a lot of rejections. Persistence + a good project portfolio beat a fancy college.
