Sharing the questions I remember from the Accenture process so the 2026 batch knows what to expect.

Cognitive assessment

Verbal ability (synonyms, reading comprehension), critical reasoning, and abstract reasoning (pattern series with shapes). No negative marking but it is timed tightly — practise speed.

Technical assessment

  • Pseudocode MCQs — output prediction, loops, basic arrays. This section surprises people; revise pseudocode specifically.
  • Fundamentals of networking and security (a few MCQs).
  • Common applications and MS Office basics.

Coding

Two questions. One simple string manipulation, one on arrays. Languages allowed included C, Java, Python.

Communication assessment

There was a separate spoken/typed communication test too — read sentences aloud, listen and answer. Don't ignore this part.

Tip: the pseudocode section is where most people lose marks. Spend a focused day on it.
